The wild meadow and cutting garden at The Chateau are a love story. Since meeting Angel, Dick recognised her obsession with flowers and with their two children Arthur and Dorothy they made it their mission to create a magical place for Angel to cut from.

Angel's style is different. She uses many botanicals, herbs and dried flower heads in The Chateau itself and also for weddings. Angel's love for the abundant floral inspiration and creatures that live amongst the flowers has been the basis for this whimsical yet elegant design.
