Fabric and Trimmings Returns and Refunds
Our company produces personalised goods in the way of cut lengths of fabrics and trims which we are unfortunately unable to except returns unless the item is faulty. The fabric or trim that you are ordering is not protected by the seven-day return guarantee provided by the Distance Selling Regulations since it is classified as "personalised goods".
Please email us at info@purefabrics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the fabric if you would like to return any damaged or faulty fabric.
Fabric refund requests must be returned to us in the exact same condition as you received them. Therefore, we highly recommend that you check the fabric for flaws before cutting.
Upon receipt and examination of your return, we will promptly notify you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund. If approved, you will get your money refunded within ten business days using the original payment method. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may need some time to process and post the refund.
Sample Refund
When you purchase fabric or trimming by the metre, we will refund the cost of the corresponding sample. The refund applies only to the sample of the exact fabric or trim you go on to order. Samples of items not purchased in metreage are not eligible for refund. Refunds are processed upon request, please contact info@purefabrics.co.uk.
Accessories and Ready Made Items Returns and Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may
evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned as stated above, like custom products (such as special orders, personalised items or cut fabric and trims). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise (accessories or ready made items) is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
