ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 10-14 business days to process your order. This may take longer depending on stock levels. You will receive an an email to let you know your order is on the way!

SAMPLE SHIPPING RATES:
Free 2nd Class Shipping on all UK Sample Orders via Royal Mail and Free Standard Economy Shipping on all International Sample Orders via Royal Mail.

UK AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Free Shipping to any UK and International destination via tracked UPS or Royal Mail on fabric and accessory orders. Shipping is at Pure Fabric's discretion. 
 
Delivery is by Royal Mail, UPS or FedEx depending on quantity and destination. 

Important: Orders may incur customs duties and fees.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@purefabrics.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
