I only ordered a sample trying to match fabric on upholstery that has been damaged.
Not the quickest response, but sample received after a couple of weeks and a prompt.
Second sample ordered and again nothing to say dispatched after a week. I would have expected it to be dispatched after a couple of days or at least be advised if there was a supply issue.
